Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

Do you offer exchanges?

Absolutely! Exchanges for a different size are available for all in-stock items. The best part...we can ship your new item before receiving your old one with our Instant Exchange program! Just use this easy system to tell us what you want to exchange for and we'll process it just like a new order. No more waiting until we process a return to get your new item!

For bundles: currently, if you need to return one item of a bundle, you will need to return the whole bundle.

What happens if I don't send back my purchase on an Instant Exchange?

If we do not receive your item, our returns partner, Returnly, will issue an invoice for the cost of the item. Failure to send your item or pay the cost could result in the inability to participate in our Instant Exchange program.



What items are returnable?

  • Items purchased in the last 30 days.

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.
